> Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within certain business days (based on actual condition) after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error.

> Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
